It
seems as though Thulani has fallen in love with Ireland and is refusing to come home
:( Initially we got hold of his host family in Ireland and heard that there was
illness in the family which prolonged his stay. However, over the past months we
have tried to get hold of them with no response.
I'm
truly sorry that Thulani never got to finish his journey! But thank you all for
the effort that you put into this little project! It is much appreciated!

The Duren's......Ohio. We're so sad Thulani could not return home...it's Terrible that someone would take the time to accept responsibility for the bear yet NOT ensure safe passage home: if it's a matter of money, i'm certain many of us will chip in.....otherwise....... Anyway, you have many pictures from diverse regions of our world and memories of the travels. WE are so PROUD to have hosted the wee bear for a time...It was always sad to see Thulani leave, but we know the next adventure awaited! We added the "Go Bucks" necklace because once someone enters Ohio, they are a Buckeye FOREVER; It was interesting to see the additions given, also, w treated Thulani as gender neural, eventually, someone decided Thulani was HE...someone added the sweet bunny, and others had Thulani Proposing......interesting phenomena! Thulani's other companion was the scrapbook that included more photos, brochures, maps, and additional information concerning the travels. THULANI WILL RETURN HOME TO SOUTH AFRICA, We hope and Pray.....otherwise, maybe they are enjoying a pint and have kissed The Blarney Attune. Regardless, WE enjoyed OUR experience, friendship with you, and appreciate the plan you set in motion......Thank You...Bless You
